Forget the MOA or DT Mpls.

Put it in DT Rochester. Think about it - all those out-of-town, affluent,
mature visitors with not a darn thing to do in the evening.

I'm surprised Rep. Bishop didn't think of that!

Subject: MPD: Casinos Here, There & Everywhere

Given the unexpected massive state budget deficit, outgoing House Ways &
Means Chairman Dave Bishop (R-Rochester) has again raised the issue of a
state casino at the Mall of America. Here is the link to the Star Tribune
story (which also has an excellent summary of some of the areas impacted by
the budget deficit). http://www.startribune.com/stories/587/3477013.html
Any comments regarding a state casino at the MOA or in downtown Minneapolis?
