DP: These standards, these laws, are contained in the city's zoning code. What if the city goes against the neighborhood and it's own city codes? Lydia House? 7 Corners? Currently the city fines property owners for graffiti not removed, yet the city has no funds for graffiti removal from it's own property. These double standards wear away at public trust in government.
