Two posts in one day, what will the neighbors say?? I
just have to commend the East Side Neighborhood services building, on 2nd St Ne
and 18th Ave., for their fantastic, multi-cultural holiday display in their
entrance. Check it out. They have Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, The Chinese New
Year and Christmas all represented, and symbols from other countries and
traditions as well . Quite impressive, and it's all snuggled
up by a roaring fire. I am telling you, this is the place to be. Are there
other displays like this at other city services buildings?? Let's start
giving out an award for this sort of thing.
