The MPHA highrise at 2019 16th Ave. S. will be renamed in honor of Officer Melissa Schmidt next Friday, February 14, at 1:00 pm. There will be many people there who wish to honor Melissa and I for one simply want to be there. Sometimes words are superfluous.
