I couldn't agree with Andy Driscoll more regarding Block E. I went to a movie there, with some friends, on Christmas Day. Entering from the 1st Avenue side, you are in a lobby with no real signage or directory, just elevators to take you up to the theater area. The theaters that day were ALL mismarked regarding which movie was showing in what theater. (I.e. if the marquee outside the theater said Harry Potter it was incorrect information.) The correct theater number was printed on the ticket stub, but nobody told us that. There were no garbage cans to be seen anywhere - especially needed in the concessions area. There were a bunch of (8-10) unruly kids (ages 4-12), that were dropped off by some adults and told to "stay in those seats". As soon as the adults left, the kids proceeded to run rampant. They totally trashed the area they were sitting in (when they were sitting), and were loud and obnoxious throughout the movie. I wasn't so bothered by this as I enjoy the exuberance of youth, but I know some others in the theater were highly annoyed. The concessions are overpriced (as usual) and the building is ugly. I, for one, will not go back.
