City Council Votes On Minneapolis Bill of Rights Resolution Friday, March 21
Meeting begins at 9:30 am. The overall meeting is scheduled from 9:30-1:30, but is often done by noon. As always with these meetings I was told, "It can go quickly or slowly and is different each time." If you can be there, arriving at 10:15 would probably be a safe time.
