Probably somewhat of a myopic view, but with regards to the proposed LGA cuts, anyone have any idea as to - how many people live in Minneapolis proper and work elsewhere vs. how many people live elsewhere and work in Minneapolis proper?  Afterall, to collect taxes, you have to have a gainfully employed tax base.
