I'm with kieth. I dont think the Penn-Lowry location is large enough for a behemoth CUB, and the last thing any neighborhood needs is the sea of pavement that would be required for a parking.
I hope the residents of the neighborhoods that surround penn-lowry speak out on this issue and look for a more creative use of the city owned real estate CUB is interested in that would be a bigger benefit to the neighborhood.
