Hi All! I guess the ethics committee will meet Monday to begin to deal with the ethics complaint.
Something to keep in mind is that the Rules include a provision whereby if the comlaint is found groundless or frivolous, the signers of the complaint can be censured themselves! My gut feeling is that no one will end up being punished in any way and that the deliberations will be short. There is just too much else if much greater import to be done in the short 6 weeks left in session. This whole issue is an annoying and needless distraction, with plenty of blame to go around.
