I'm glad you found some justification for putting this on the Mpls list, Paul. I feel we're tiptoeing on forbidden territory (i.e., not Mpls-specific) with this continued talk of Lindner, even though you feel it's justified because most of the aggrieved parties are Mpls reps. I'd widen that. Most of the aggrieved parties are any decent people within earshot or the written word of the man. But to call this a partisan attack on him strikes me as lame indeed.
I just spent the past half hour researching Lindner on the internet hoping to find additional reasons to keep him as a topic on this list. Unfortunately, my results yielded what I'm afraid is insufficient reason, so I expect to have to stop talking about him soon. But he has been a busy little bee at offending folks everywhere throughout his reign, hasn't he? and I guess I'm glad for the opportunity to better acquaint myself with his brand of Americanism....by gosh maybe he can turn this state into a real Bible-belt god-fearing place one of these days.......get rid of all us communists, Jews, African Americans, gays, freaky cult religious people--and well frankly, I suspect anyone who isn't pretty much just like him. I bet Mpls-St. Paul is like a regular Sodom and Gomorrah to him..... Nancy Russell Longfellow TEMPORARY REMINDER: 1. Send all posts in plain-text format. 2.
