I also find the cops' policy of forcing drivers onto the freeway at 1 a.m. to be annoying. For one thing, many of the clubs downtown are still open, such as First Avenue. It's not fair to them to have their customers herded out of the neighborhood. Also, I've been forced onto 94 heading north, with no option to go another direction. I couldn't get off to turn around until Dowling Avenue. How would you like to live near Dowling and I-94 and have tons of people driving past your house at that hour, just trying to get going in the right direction?   Kelly O'Brien Kingfield
