MN: Now I'm not picking on the pride folks, so save your hate mail.
I don't have anything against the people of Columbia Heights either, but remember that
night the week
before last when we had that incredible storm?
I was trying to get home to Central from up there in Tornado Alley, needed gas in the
worst way, and was
trapped like a rat in a massive traffic snarl. I had no idea they were having a parade
until I was in too
deep to get out. It took me an hour and a half to get home from there because they
didn't allow anyone to
cross the parade route.
A little break here and there can relieve lots of congestion.
A lot of people come here from out of town, and may not know about these events, or be
familiar with an
alternate route. In my case, I felt it was a damned safety hazard as I looked at the
green sky and the
clowns blocking my way to a hasty retreat.(I have nothing against clowns either, so
save your hate mail.)

2. If you don't like what's being discussed here, don't complain - change the subject
