Keith says; Huzzah, etc. My minor caveat is the conversion of the parking lot
to housing. I believe the lot served the theater in past times. I wonder what
the site plan looked like for a business to develop, and ditch the existing
parking? I believe the parking could have served the whole commercial node, not
just the soon reincarnated theater, had it been preserved. Please show me I
am wrong as I wish the project well.
