I think this is absolute bull***t!
Having grown up with parents operating a small business, and now being Treasurer of a non-profit organization, both of whom have been beset with bounced checks, and have NEVER had anyone go to jail for bouncing a check. I even have a bounced check from the University of Wisconsin River Falls that we are unable to collect. Maybe I can get the University President extradited to a Minnesota jail? Hah!
I defy David to find any single person in the past year who has gone to jail for bounced checks. It just does not happen.
