Do you know for a fact that it is somehow the city's fault, which is what you imply?

While it is a fun place, the last few times I've been there, there have been few customers, even at lunch hour. A couple folks at the bar, maybe one or two tables of people eating...

Might not regular old market forces be the reason for their move? Eateries have the highest failure rates of any small business category.
