butterflys and moths are not.
jonny cash is not.
old bikes that need use are not...
(i can keep going).
again, i'm not an obssesive poster and when i do its because it's my CIVIC duty to relay information that affects MPLS.
not only this, but the context was to highlight a parody between to types of public employees, mpls teachers and our only mpls(area) elected federal official. this is not "backwards logic."
and the only thing really mpls-unique on this list are the colorful characters who bird-drop at every chance. ha!

I've been mainly an observer here for a bout a year. It seems that when I post on here I get slap on the wrist or just plain ignored (i.e. poorly written Strib article on linking marijuana use with crime - a far stretch). Just because I'm not an obsessive poster who dominates this list, doesn't mean that what I have to say is not relevent or important.
Rulings on whether a topic is Minneapolis-specific are not judgments on
what's important or not. The only thing considered is whether the topic has
unique Minneapolis effects. This one didn't (otherwise, every Congressional
vote would be fair game here, since Minneapolis is represented in Congress.)
Can't control who responds to posts...although tempting, I wouldn't wish for
that.
As said many, many, many times before, there are other lists with broader
scopes that are perfect for larger concerns.
