Does anyone here see the latest proposal for a new downtown stadium(s) as a masked attempt at getting rid of the incinerator? I looked at Mapquest to see just how much would have to be destroyed to make way for this latest proposal, and all I could see were lots of parking lots, and the incinerator.
I am not very up on the incinerator, so will ask a few more questions here. Why was it built? Who do we want it or not want it? What purpose does it serve us today?
