Message: Progress in cleaning up SE Como rental problems.  I believe that the tenants 
involved can join in a class action suit and get their money back as well as 
punative/stress payments.  If the kids only try to sue on their own, they'll probably 
drop it.  As the fellow in the article says, he's carrying a full scholastic load plus 
working half time and doesn't have time to pursue this on his own.
