Justice Clarence Thomas: Associate Supreme Court Justice, United States Supreme Court. Interprets the Constitution of the United States.
Mayor Sharon Sayles Belton: Former Mayor of Minneapolis, the largest city in the State of Minnesota, a major center of commerce and industry.
Chief William K. Finney: Police Chief of the Saint Paul, Minnesota Police Department. Saint Paul is the
capital of the State of Minnesota.
If this country had a policy of institutionalized racism, these accomplished individuals wouldn't be where they are.
