Vicky comments: The inspectors had better have probable cause and search warrants. It looks like CM Zerby needs a refresher course on the Fourth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Any property owner who is the target of an unreasonable search, please contact me offlist. I am documenting specific examples of unconstitutional conduct on the part of Minneapolis City government. I've got the 2nd and 5th amendments covered, here comes the 4th. If Minneapolis citizens tolerate this sort of outrageous conduct, the persons whose rights are violated will have to take the issue to Court. A Washington D.
