There seems to be a lot of discussion about over-occupancy around the university because of the fire in Dinkytown, even though over-occupancy had nothing to do with the fire. This is another case where the city is coming in to fix a problem that nobody there sees as a problem. Supposedly they're helping the students by decreasing the people in the house, even though none of the students want the help. As a landlord you should welcome this development, Bill, because it will likely cause the rental housing market to tighten up considerably, and allow you to raise rents.
