Ask how many parks can Mpls afford?  Not:  How many do we want?
If the answer is 50, then get rid of the other 50 -  sell the property
for cash and put it back on the tax rolls.

Afford when? Now? Twenty or a hundred years from now? Could  not our great grandchildren afford them? There has to be a century budget in mind when you come to the parks. This town is closer to nothing without them. And we all know that if they go they ain't comming back.
Good Lord, you don't sell a legacy for a temporary goose to the tax base. Ms.Hatchet should closet the super hero duds and go back to being Ms. Watch Dog. I grudgingly appreciate her there.
