It's registered voters and more importantly, THOSE THAT ACTUALLY SHOW UP TO VOTE that count. How many (raw numbers) and what percentage of registered voters, citywide, are we talking about here? Of those, how many see this issue as being worth pursuing? And what is the actual cost to taxpayers for a special election?
