I have brought this up before and apparently it didn't register. From what I'm able to determine, 17 of the roughly 100 registered level III sex offenders in Minnesota currently reside in the 55411 zip code.

In my neighborhood - Jordan (part of the 55411 zip code) we have one of the youngest populations in the City of MPLS (better than 50% are under the age of 18).

The reason I bring this up? I feel it demonstrates rather well, our society's overall attitude towards impacted neighborhoods. Who's going to complain about it? The other impacted residents living in that neighborhood? To whom? Those that live in non-impacted neighborhoods? Whose problem is it anyways?
