Mayor Rybak's choice for police
chief, William McManus, has across-the-board support among leaders from
minority communities in Minneapolis. Needless to say, the Police
Federation is not as enthusiastic.
As somenone without all the inside info, in other words a regular citizen, the above pros and cons are really all I need to start forming a concept of this candidate.
He sounds about right for the job so far.
