The ideas tossed into the paper this morning leave a lot of details unanswered, 
not just the very pertinent ones
raised here by David.  For what further purpose is Mr. Jennings promoting ideas about 
which he has no experience in
actually producing results?  He, of course, will not be the one to do the very 
difficult work that the fuzzy ideas in
today's article entail.
    It appears that he was not able to bust the teacher union by stalling, ducking and 
swerving on the contract, so he is
taking a different tack.  Meanwhile, the board lets him continue creating problems for 
them to solve.  Wouldn't it be
more appropriate for the board to define the problems and let the new superintendent 
implement the solutions?
