I wishthey would calculate the amount of resouces used when these individuals are left on the street.
ie: Insurance rates from break ins to either cars or homes
People injured when assulted by these people
The amount spent Defending these people in our courts repeatedly
Police time arresting them repeatedly
How much citizen time is spent watching out for them for our safety and that of our neighbors
I wish Keith Ellison and others would take all of these factors into account before they change any current Laws.
After all it's OK to be a leader in when it comes to Health Care but not in Crime Prevetion.
