[Mpls] The Observer going to print

Just a note to let listmembers know that The Minneapolis Observer 
will be available in print beginning Feb. 17. The free weekly will 
include all the great features subscribers to our e-mail edition have 
come to expect, plus breaking news, interviews, City Hall gossip, 
editorial opinions, arts and cultural coverage, home and garden 
resources, and even (gasp!) romance. Look for it every Tuesday at 
more than 150 locations throughout the city.
