At the Jan 16 City Council meeting, Councilmember "Niziolek introduced an Ordinance amending Title 14, Chapter 362 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Liquor and Beer: Liquor Licenses, which was given its first reading and referred to the Public Safety & Regulatory Services Committee (Adding a new Section 362.45 entitled Off-Sale malt liquor)."
Is this document available on the City's website? Or do I have to go downtown to City Hall to read it?
