[Mpls] (no subject)

I joined this list only a month ago due to  concerns with the Mpls Park 
Board. What has the Board accomplished during the past month? Internal 
fighting over the Commissioners job has handcuffed the PArk Board leading 
many to wonder if the Board is even neccesary. Take a close look at the 
payroll numbers approved at the board meetings. No one in the private sector 
could stay in business very long with a payroll running at such high 
percentages.
