What I hear from many people is that chain resturants are a bad and should be stopped from opening. Yet when a new Chipotle opened up near my house in Northeast that thing was packed every day. My question for Mr. Luce and others have you ever visited one of the resturants you have mentioned? And if so, why, even though you think it is a bad thing for the neighborhood?
