There is nothing in either newspaper about today's
Capitol rally in support of the transit workers and
the bus riders hurt by the strike.

       CAPITOL RALLY TODAY

       THURSDAY, March 18th, 2PM
       STATE CAPITOL, South entrance

Give them a piece of your mind!

Pawlenty and the Republicans who control state
government don't care if the strike goes on for six
months. Most bus riders don't live in districts
represented by Republican legislators.

Shutting down the bus system is not enough to force
an end to the strike.

If there was enough protest and enough disruption,
maybe sympathy strikes, that would make them think
twice!

I can't think of any other way to end the strike.

What will it be, surrender or disruption?

If Pawlenty wins the bus strike it will be a
disaster for Labor and the DFL and progressives and
liberals and everybody else on our side of the Great
Divide.

If we can't protect the interests of low-income
people hurt by the strike it will be a disaster for
Our Side.
