WM: I think that configuration is good at King Park and at Hosmer because there is such a gap in resources in the general area and both park and library are well used. I think it's called closing the digital divide or some such catchy phrase. There is rarely an empty station at Hosmer's tech center because the need is so great. Lyndale Neighborhood has or did have a small tech center as well and it was full when it was open. This could change from area to area in the city, depending on the demographics around particular parks.
