if in fact running a smoke free bar was a license to
mint money as you suggest, why do the bar owners need
a city sponsored ban to enact it?
If running a smoke free bar is so desired why hasn't
just one bar enacted its own rule and designated its
place non-smoking and advertise it, attracting the
non-smoking, pro-ban crowd?
for the record I do not and never have smoked. I just
don't see the point of more legislation.
