Thanks David for posting that. Think about
neighborhoods like Whittier and Phillips and their
huge density. Add to that the fact that Whittier is
89% rental and Phillips is somewhere in the 80% range.
I think rental properties are taxed at a much higher
rate than homeowner properties. 

I would like to know just how much money these two
neighborhoods pay conglomerately for property taxes.
Any way to find that out?
