WM: In the early nineties, the Alley Newspaper ran a series called "Redlining" in which Ken Meter delineated the economic situation for Phillips. The situation has changed some, but it does give a point of comparison. Even though red lined Phillips produced taxes for the state, feds, and city was, I seem to remember, Meter's point.I would like to know just how much money these two neighborhoods pay conglomerately for property taxes. Any way to find that out?
