I've always thought the DFL group over at the capital was drunk, and now I'm proved right. Maybe that explains why nothing got done in this very disgraceful session. Question now becomes will the Mayor take action and fire the lobbyist for taking part in this "tea tipping" party. Do rules mean anything?
