Alliana recently banned all smoking on it's Minneapolis Abbot- Northwestern campus. No smoking anywhere, not even in the parking lots or cars. Let see, a medical institution making a public health statement...perhaps the logic is too complicated. Perhaps we should debate the merits of incorperating taconite tailings on our roadways.
