Lesson One:  People will do what they want to do - whether you like it or
not.

Have you ever seen a billboard for crack?
Have you ever seen a magazine ad for marijuana?
Have you ever seen a direct mail piece for meth?

Despite reams of laws, these huge, profitable [though non-taxable] markets
continue to grow.  How does the Left explain this?  It should be obvious -
DESIRE creates markets, not advertising.  All of the laws in the world won't
change that.

And what about the Left's "pro-choice" arguments:  You know, the "keep your
laws off my body" crowd.  The anti-smoking zealots sound like a bunch of
hypocrites to me.

I think smokers should claim minority, disenfranchised, victim group status.
Yep, a protected class - that's the answer.  Once organized, the group could
sue the government to recover BILLIONS of oppressive taxes paid.
