Please forgive this post; I don't think it is a rule violation since the last post was just to add my name and neighborhood to the last. I just had to add a feature to Mr. Eklund's proposed smoking cones. People often have to visit the restroom in bars and restaurants and this would necessitate extinguishing their smokes; one way around this would be for businesses to add the extra premium service of bedpans, both providing them and emptying them through the dumbwaiters. I am pleased that such great ideas come from Minnepolitans and certain that the whole world will benefit from this utter genius. Bill Kahn Prospect Park REMINDERS: 1.
