The problem with this is that the hours of operation of the LRT are not conducive. The last train leaves downtown for south Minneapolis at 1:10, well before a 2:00 bar closing. If this city were trully sophisticated and interested in keeping people from driving drunk, the LRT (and buses) would run 24/7.
