Our present council is doing a good job of fixing the mess they inherited from the former regime. Oh, and for taxes going up, until you have paid the outrageous residential property taxes in Wisconsin, keep it quiet. I paid $2,400 in taxes on a $60,000 duplex when I lived in Milwaukee.
