Me: Actually, Pawlenty clearly bluffed (some would call it a lie). He said he needed the legislature, and clearly didn't (judging by today's action). I don't think we should reward anyone for playing such a game. That said, the issue isn't whether there should be a special session, but what, if any limits there should be.
