Jeremy makes a good point, but doesn't go quite far enough. If these fliers/literature typically fails in its desired effect, the could it not be said that Rep. Khan was handing out equally as ineffective fliers as she was collecting? I wish Rep. Kahn could have stopped at just one flier for her comparative/informational desire, but she didn't. She knew better than to do such a thing and got caught with her hand in the proverbial cookie jar. I find it sad that she is not being punished in some fashion by her fellow reps for this misdeed of our processes.
