If everyone thought like the bus riders there would be no problem with the parking. But the reality of it is: they do not. I think, and thought from the very begining that the theory of people having to ride 2-3 buses to get to the train was a err. What with your luggage for your vacation? That would be fun.
I think we are failing to hold Metro Transit accountable for a huge problem. Granted we so desperately need better transit- adding buses was not or ever the answer. What is truly the fundamental problem is we no longer have our neighborhood. We now hear drunk people coming back to their cars till 2 am. We now have safety issues on our street as there was vandalism reported last week by people who left their cars on the street while riding the train. And when there is a game at the Dome; its even worse. Its a sacrifice those who live on the block never even really got to choose. I think Metro Tranist ought to come up with some solutions for this problem....and I am waiting. Gina Palandri Standish REMINDERS: 1. Think a member has violated the rules?
