I have read the notes of the parking "ideas" from the Met Council. Not
much there. As they constantly said they spend $$$ on studies from
other cities I am not sure what they learned. It goes hand in hand with
the information on vibrational damage to my home I received from one of
their engineers; which was copied from a 1968 textbook on vibration.
All kinds of extraordinary answers.

I am happy to see the Cardinal Bar is so busy, they are good folks-they
deserve it after they lost a lot of their parking. And glad the guy
from Caps is getting business. That's the good news. I am excited for
the new coffeehouse coming on 28th and 38th.

The common ground would be the implementation of critical parking
without charging the residents. A common ground would be really taking
one issue and actually making a kind, and not reckless decision; and
maybe making friends with the neighbors around the LRT Stations.
