If the question about the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes was put on the ballot in Minneapolis. I would bet the house that you would see the largest voter turn out in the history of the city. Is it a good thing or not? I don't know but I do know that it could pay off for Kerry in Minnesota. If Minneapolis has a large turn out of new voters because of the marijuana question more than likely they would be Kerry supporters and they could tip the state in his favor. Something for our DFL city council members to think about.
