This seems like an opportunity for thriving local industry to me! Three possibilities -- none of them mutually exclusive...
1. Urban Goose Farm -- harvest, pack, & sell 'em. 2. Goose Poop Compost -- harvest, pack, & sell it. 3. Goose Herding Aquatennial Olympics: hire folks and trained Border Collies to herd the geese --golf courses do this already. This could become a tourist attraction, as the Minneapolis Goose Ranch moves the herds around to facilitate harvesting of "Goose Poop Compost" -- eventually could be made into an annual competition held in conjunction with the Aquatennial or something.
