The Bohemian Flats have always had squatters...let the tradition live on
with the geese!

Nature always takes care of overpopulation and other adversities that need
to become balanced... if left alone. But, this is not the problem...man
can't deal with the poop...as well stated in another post.
The Mississippi River is now number 10 on the endangered list of rivers. Go
to:
www.amrivers.org/doc_repository/MER2004/mississippi.pdf
This site gives a good picture of why the river is and was on the brink of
ecological collapse and it turns out to be the Army Corp. The Army Corps
flood control levees, pollution from farms and sewage plants and once
again...The Army Corp. "No comprehensive scientific study of sources or
remedies has been conducted." So maybe we need to address "The Army Corp"
Granted, fecal creates problems, but geese and water go together and for
some reason I really feel they have squatter rights down there before we do.
Change the source of the problem! Find out what they did about the BATs down
south. Great story, great solution!

Free goose dinner? No thanks!

story!!
