I hope that while Margaret tracks whether Mayor Rybak "deserves" credit for various affordable housing projects, she will also keep track of when Mayor Rybak corrects the mistakes of previous administrations.
For example, the shelter beds issue was something that went on long before Mayor Rybak took office. He was the one that put a stop to it upon learning that was going on. Surely, that's something that he "deserves" credit for.
